8 Private Sessions

8 private training sessions that are tailored to the participating athlete. Each session is progressive and will build on skills taught in previous sessions. The goal of this training package is to focus on the unique needs of the individual athlete and take the necessary time to build strengths and correct areas of weakness.

*ALL SESSIONS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 60 DAYS*
